The Dallas Parks and Recreation Department in colaboration with Trinity River Watershed Management has issued a water quality alert for residents and those who frequent Lake Cliff Park in Oak Cliff.
TOXIC ALGAE BLOOM has been identified on Lake Cliff. Until the harmful algae has been remediated residents should not enter the water or consume fish/aquatic vegetation and wildlife from the lake. The water is dangerous to people, fish, birds and dogs.
Signs will be posted around the lake warning patrons of the danger. Please share this information with your family and friends that frequent Lake Cliff Park.
